I have something I could say about staff since I am not staff anymore for various reasons but I could say stuff. Not sure some would like it though but yeah, I voted for one thing but the topic i would rate staff on is not there at all. Either way, I exist only on the forums and a memory on madnessmc

What i would like is a place that has other where you can state the issue that you wish was addressed. Either way It is not my place to comment here being as I was staff and i got to the point where I really did not like being staff due to some ingame stuff that happened

Cat, if Scept didn't want members commenting, this would not be on public boards where members access it. In other words, the point of this thread is to get ideas, no matter who it is from.

Exactly and to put it frankly after this Jorgi-sweet-fit weekend I would like ot know what concerns people want addressed; it seems people have some problems with ME as a manager and the way I do things; if that is the case than the only way to fix the server is to fix me. Please state what problems you feel exist on the server or with its team; I do not care what the issue is; even it if it about me... Mention it... The only reason things are how they are is because of a lack of communication; so make you r concerns known and we will work to resolve them. EDIT: BTW; if you feel i will eat your brains for saying something; PM Melody about your issue. She will let me know anonymously. The only way this community is going to get better is if you tell the nice Community Doctor what your symptoms are... He can not read your mind XD |

pretty much the i feel u have a entitlement issue when it comes to ur server. jsut because its your server does not mean u can do wut ever the heck u want. jsut cuz u own it dosent give the the right to harrass players ( whether or not they were a moron or not is a moot point) people that do something wrong should not be made into a martyr they should be swiftly and quietly. when u destroy someone it makes ALL admins/devs/mods look bad. need i remind u of the TP people to the death statue. players thot ALL admins did that thats is so wrong it its even funny. i also think that there should be staff according to the amount of players and they should NOT be teenie boppers no offence to the younger people. we need maturity, the job of a admin is to be like a parent i dont care wut anyone says u ARE babysitting players and making sure they are happy and not being stupid. we also need to screen player age a little more i believe if we have to white list then so be it. if we have a small community cuz of it at least they will be decent people not drama queens. its like...2 am and thats all i can think of

I agree with what Val says. Being the person in-game who helped players and took care of keeping people happy, the drama of the entitlement things made me a bit pissed off and made me do a few rash things. Then there were other things that I already told you personally Risa but i will restate here. As staff it felt like I was being used and then when I did try to help either 1 it did not work cause other actions of staff contradicted it (death jails etc.) or 2 it was completely ignored or something
